About the Journal

The peer-reviewed International Journal of Linguistics, Culture, and Communication (JOLCC), indexed in ICI Copernicus Index, Dimensions, & Crossref, E-ISSN: 2988-1641 , publishes high-quality original research focusing on publishing articles that contribute to the ongoing discussion in all areas of the study of Linguistics, Culture, and Communication. Authors may send the manuscript of these topics in English or Bahasa Indonesia. The Indonesian Journal of Linguistics, Culture, and Communication is a peer-reviewed, open-access platform that publishes theoretically and empirically rigorous research at the intersection of language, culture, and communication, with a strong emphasis on novelty, gap identification, and contributions to theory. The journal distinctively foregrounds Indonesian cultural contexts—including norms, customs (adat), and belief systems—to generate alternative, non-Western perspectives that enrich global academic discourse, welcoming studies that connect micro-level linguistic phenomena to broader cultural and theoretical implications.
