Journal of Linguistics, Culture and Communication

Since August 2026, the peer-reviewed International Journal of Linguistics, Culture, and Communication (JOLCC) indexed in ICI Copernicus Index, Dimensions, & Crossref, E-ISSN: 2988-1641 charges a manuscript publication fee to cover the cost of open access publishing. If a paper is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay an Article Publication Fee to cover publication costs. These costs include paper management, peer review, editing, formatting, marketing, indexing, production, hosting on various servers, website maintenance, electricity, internet, staff salaries, and DOI numbers. Therefore, to help with all the administrative costs, contributors whose articles are published will be asked to contribute a Regular Publication Fee or Article Processing Charge (APC) with a minimum amount of IDR 500.000,- for Indonesian and 50 USD for Foreigners.

Fast Track: 950.000 (IDR) for Indonesian / 70 (USD) for Foreign Authors.
This is available for authors who want a quick publication process. With the payment of this fee, the review, editorial decision, and author notification on this manuscript are guaranteed to take place within 7-8 weeks. This payment includes publication fees.

Steps for the fast-track review process:

1. Submit your full manuscript to the journal's website.
2. Initial screening will be conducted to assess the quality of the manuscript.
3. If the manuscript is out of scope or low quality, it will be rejected. However, if the manuscript shows potential for future publication, there will be two options: Fast Track or Regular Track.
4. If you choose Fast Track, you can have 2 to 3 rounds of revisions after the initial review.

Important Notes:
- Do not make any payment during the initial process.
- Wait for the editor's decision on whether your paper is eligible for the Fast Track.
- If your paper is selected for Fast Track, it will be eligible for publication after several rounds of revision.

Total Amount of Fast Track & Author Publication Fees: 70 USD & 50 USD = 120 USD.

Accepted manuscripts WILL NOT BE PUBLISHED until payment has been received.  The author may send through Direct Deposit from any bank to our bank account with the following details:
